At Exclusive Lanka Travels (Private) Limited, we understand that travel plans may change. If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing by email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. All cancellation requests are subject to the terms and conditions of the hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel service providers included in your booking.

Bookings cancelled more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a 70% refund of the total tour cost. Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for any unused services after the tour has commenced.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. However, at the discretion of Exclusive Lanka Travels (Private) Limited, the deposit may be transferred as credit towards a future booking, subject to availability and applicable conditions.

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 14 working days from the date the cancellation request is approved. Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and the policies of the relevant travel service providers.

Please note that payments made for airline tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, entrance tickets, and other non-refundable services are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective service providers and may not be eligible for a refund.

If a tour is cancelled by Exclusive Lanka Travels (Private) Limited due to unforeseen circumstances or by a third-party travel service provider, we will make every effort to offer an alternative arrangement or process any applicable refund in accordance with the supplier’s cancellation policy.
